Refund Policy

At Freedoms Never Over, we strive to ensure that every supporter and customer is satisfied with their experience. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued and helps establish a transparent relationship between our organization and our customers.

1. Product Returns & Refunds

🛍️ If you purchased physical merchandise (e.g., apparel, accessories, printed materials), you may request a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item was received damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was shipped  

  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

  • The item must be shipped back and photos of before and after must be provided by email on the day of that the complaint was filed

2. Digital Products & Services

📦 Refunds for digital products (e.g., downloads, event access) are generally not available unless:

  • The product was not delivered

  • There was a technical issue preventing access

  • The request is made within 7 days of purchase

We reserve the right to assess each case individually.

3. Donations

🙏 Donations made to Freedoms Never Over are considered final and non-refundable. We ask for your patience and understanding, as some donations—especially those designated for housing support or material goods—are immediately allocated and cannot be refunded.

Only donations made toward food packages may be eligible for review if they do not meet compliance or delivery standards. If you believe a donation was made in error or duplicated, please contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

4. Processing Refunds

💳 Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks.
